Polls provide a lot of material for this weekend’s GOP gathering…
The latest poll has Senator John McCain making comments that should provide Alabama GOPers something to talk about with him this weekend. According to news reports, McCain is shrugging off the polls that put him behind Guiliani and Thompson. These numbers have also led him to respond to San Francisco Bay area voters by saying " I have taken positions that many Bay area voter’s agree with." Wow. Seeing as most times voters in the Bay area of San Francisco and the Bay area in Mobile differ, Senator McCain may face some tough questions as he is speaks at the Summer ALGOP meeting.
